On the air!    February 28 2005
I will be interviewed on Friday, March 11th, by Delona Lang of HeartsArt Radio. It will air at 2:00 PM (pst) for one hour. I will be discussing my work, techniques and my upcoming classes at ArtFest. The link above will take you directly to HeartsArt Radio where you can listen to the interview via the internet. If you can't tune in then, the show will be archived for your future listening pleasure! Should be a hoot!

New Features    February 01 2005
I have a few new features added to my site which include two new buttons. One button is "Available/New Work" which will show only work that is still available. The Gallery section will still contain all work for one to view. The other button will announce upcoming shows, workshops and publications to make it easier to find out what is going on and where I will be when! Hopefully these new features will make my site easier to navigate and more informational.

The New Year....    January 05 2005
Well, 2005 has started off to be a new year with many challenges and with all of the tragic news out of South Asia, I am reluctant to use the phrase Happy New Year. For anyone considering donating to the tsunami relief efforts but not sure where to donate, I would like to suggest donations to CARE. One of our dearest friends (who previously worked for the UN and lived in Sri Lanka)now works for CARE. He has devoted his life work to humanitarian causes and knows first-hand that CARE is a well run organization with the monies going to the areas most needed. On the art front, I am working on pieces for an upcoming show at The Next Door Gallery called Heart to Heart that opens at the end of the month and runs into February (Valentine's Day) Also, in a few weeks, I will be traveling on an art tour down to the Yucatan peninsula....will be touring the ruins and visiting some incredible haciendas.

Happy Holidays    December 09 2004
Carmel Valley Artists was my last show of 2004...and it was a huge success. Thank you to everyone who made it so by generously supporting the arts! Now it's time to focus on family and friends and enjoy the rapidly approaching holidays. All the best to you and yours....see you in 2005!

Happy Thanksgiving    November 22 2004
Well, five shows down and one to go! Thanks to everyone who came out and supported the arts! (and me!) The last show I will be doing in 2004 will be Carmel Valley Artists on December 4th at the Karl Strauss Brewery in Sorrento Valley. I wish you all a very happy and meaningful day of giving thanks...there is so much to be thankful for. Happy Holidays!
